Ok,I'm back feeling better..So no more sad stories for now.
Tonight,I was preparing dinner in the kitchen and Rhianna was watching tv in the living room.When I called to her "Rhianna,come and eat your dinner" I didn't expect her to hear me with the tv blaring.But then I heard a small voice answering me .."wait!".How's that for a deaf child!

On September 15th 2009 Rhianna's left CI was activated and her journey into the hearing world began..We hope to document her progress and share our wonderful journey with this delightful girl.We also hope to provide other parents with similar situation in our country with some information on living with CI.
Meet Rhianna!
Rhianna is turning 5 years old on May 13th 2012
She stands at 105cm and weighs 18kg (still!).
She loves doughnuts,ice cream and birthdays
but she hates vegetables (yucks!)
She loves princess, dolls and pretend play
but she hates to tidy up
She loves singing and dancing
but she hates nap time and bed time
She loves her two kitties
but she hates it when they're noisy
She loves to chat and listen
but she hates mapping sessions ( getting better tho)
she's lovely but cheeky,pretty sometimes grumpy,she's loving and kind but could be bossy...that's who she is :)
